Anasuya’s ‘Thank You Brother’ Heads For OTT Release

Yet again the pandemic has rattled the entertainment industry. Owing to the second wave, restrictions have been imposed in both the Telugu states. This night curfew has hit the theatres and so they shut down the doors until the further notice. As a result, releases of many films have been pushed.

Now there is a surge towards OTT platforms but only the small range films are making this choice. Television anchor Anasuya Bharadwaj’s upcoming movie ‘Thank You Brother’ was initially scheduled for theatrical release on April 30th. But that’s not happening and so the makers have preferred direct OTT release.

“Amidst all that is going on.. We feel fortunate to be able to entertain you .. in the safest way possible.. Enjoy #ThankYouBrother on @ahavideoIN from the #May7th2021 #ThankYouBrotherFromMay7thOnAHA,” tweeted Anasuya with the confirmation.

Anasuya is playing the role of a pregnant woman in this touted to be thriller directed by Ramesh Raparthi.

The film has Viraj Ashwin in the male lead and it’s his debut.
