In order to prevent loss of life due to blood, Megastar Chiranjeevi established Chiranjeevi Blood Bank in 1998. Over the years, this blood bank earned a trustworthy place and even today for every Mega hero’s birthday, a blood donation camp is held and it would be sourced to hospitals where patients are in need.
Now India is going through an oxygen crisis due to Covid-19. Every other day we have been hearing thousands of requests from people regarding oxygen requirements. Learning that there is oxygen banks shortage, Chiru has once again come up with a noble thought of setting up oxygen banks.
Regarding the same Chiranjeevi Blood Bank made a statement that efforts are being made and at district level across the Telugu states, oxygen banks would be established. Probably in a week’s time the operations would begin for the same.
A great and timely gesture by Chiru and that’s why he is MEGASTAR for a reason!
