Bollywood’s sensational young singer, Arijit Singh, who sang innumerable melodies, is currently grieving the loss of his mother as she passed away today due to covid19 after-complications. His mother, Aditi Singh, who was 52 years old, contracted the deadly virus in April last week and got hospitalized on May 6.
After undergoing treatment for COVID-19 for nearly two weeks on ECMO, she got a negative report on Monday. Unfortunately, she breathed her last in Kolkata hospital today after suffering from a cerebral stroke.
A few days ago, actress Swastika Mukherjee of Paatal Lok fame and a Bengali filmmaker Srijit Mukherjee took to their Twitter accounts to seek blood donors for the singer’s mother. They asked his followers to come forward and donate blood for Aditi Singh but her demise left everyone shocked and saddened.
