At the same location of Rangasthalam sets, village sets of Bellamkonda Sreenivas’s Chatrapathi remake were erected under the supervision of art director Sunil Babu. The commencement of the shoot of the film to be directed by VV Vinayak got delayed owing to corona second wave and subsequent lockdown.
The makers reportedly spent a whopping Rs 3 Crore for the massive village set constructed in a 6-acre land in Hyderabad. However, the sets have been damaged as a result of heavy rains. The makers seem to be concerned as they spent a lot of money on the sets.
Pen Studios will produce the film on a lavish budget. Bellamkonda will appear in a new look as he underwent physical makeover for his Bollywood launchpad film.
