Adipurush is one of the most-anticipated upcoming films of Indian Cinema. Directed by Om Raut of Tanhaji fame, this movie is an adaptation of Ramayana. Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, and Saif Ali Khan are playing the lead roles in it. As per the latest buzz in Bombay, the musical composing duo, Sachet and Parampara are roped in as the music directors of this movie.
Sachet Tandon and Parampara Thakur have jointly composed music for many movies like Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, Batti Gul Meter Chalu, and Kabir Singh. They have also composed a couple of songs in Om Raut’s Tanhaji. Given the rapport with them, Raut opted to go with Sachet and Parampara for Adipurush as well. We don’t know if they are the sole composers of the film or there will be multiple composers for the project.
The shooting of Adipurush is currently halted due to the coronavirus pandemic. The makers will resume the shoot in Ramoji Film City once the situation gets back to normalcy. Adipurush will hit the screens in mid-2022.
