Rajinikanth To Fly To The US For Medical Check-Up

Superstar Rajinikanth will soon fly to the US for his scheduled medical checkup as the central government has granted him permission to travel amid the pandemic. He will leave for the US on a private jet that has the capacity to carry 14 people. This means, the actor would be accompanied by his family members, who are fully vaccinated.

After wrapping up his shooting for Annaathe in Hyderabad, Thalaivaa returned to Chennai and completed his vaccination procedures. Actor Dhanush is already in South California, shooting for Russo Brothers’ long-awaited action drama, ‘The Gray Man’. Since Dhanush and his wife are in the US, it is believed that the couple will accompany Superstar throughout his medical checkups.

With the whole family in the US, it can be a small impromptu vacation as well. On the work front, Superstar’s ‘Annaathe’ is in postproduction and is expected to release around November this year. The actor is yet to dub for his scenes which he will resume after returning from the US. The film has Rajinikanth, Keerthy Suresh, Meena, Khushbu, Soori and Jagapathy Babu in pivotal roles and it is being helmed by Siruthai Siva. Annaathe is produced by Sun Pictures with D. Imman scoring the music.
