Sreenu Vaitla Wants ‘Doubles’ With Chiru & Mahesh?

At the prime stage of his career, Sreenu Vaitla worked with almost all the star heroes of the Telugu film industry. He worked with the likes of Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, Venkatesh, and Mahesh Babu and scored hits with them as well.

For the last few days, it is being reported that Vaitla is planning to do a multi-starrer film with Chiru and Mahesh. As the rumors spread on social media, Vaitla finally broke his silence on the same.

In his recent interview, Vaitla said that he indeed prepared a multi-starrer subject and also named it Doubles. But the director said that he hasn’t approached any hero for this movie. As of now, he is only focussing on his upcoming feature film ‘D and D’. He will focus on Doubles only after finishing this current project.

We have to wait and see if Vaitla approaches Chiru and Mahesh, to make this news a reality. Vaitla directed ‘Andharivadu’ starring Chiranjeevi and also did ‘Dookudu’ and ‘Aagadu’ with Mahesh Babu.

Meanwhile, D and D is the sequel of the 2007 super hit film Dhee. It features Manchu Vishnu as the lead hero and Faria Abdullah as the heroine. The film will hit the screens in 2022.
