Director Koratala Quits Social Media

Thanks to the pandemic, the usage of social media has gone up remarkably high. In the Indian context, social media is always news. From politics to film related stuff, social media keeps buzzing all the time. But through multiple platforms, negativity is getting spread at a faster pace than positivity.

Amidst this many celebrities and notable personalities have quit social media in the last 12 to 15 months or so. Joining them is Tollywood director Koratala Siva. Announcing this, Siva posted a note in his Twitter handle and his decision has shocked many.

“Hello, I would like to let you all know that I’m moving away from social media. I’ve had my share of moments in this space but it is time I move away,” stated Koratala. He further added, “I will always stay in touch with you all through our media friends. We will continue to interact. The medium changes but our bond doesn’t. Koratala Siva.”

The ‘Mirchi’ director is known for his soft-spoken attitude and would always like to stay away from controversies. Koratala also has a sense of responsibility and so he keeps things simple. This might be one of the reasons for him to leave social media.

On the work front, Koratala is directing ‘Acharya’ and then he will be helming Jr NTR’s 30th film.
