One of the popular Telugu channels, Star MAA has made a big announcement and it will surely thrill the fans. Well it’s regarding the streaming (satellite) rights and Star MAA has acquired some big films that are eagerly anticipated for.
The list starts with ‘RRR’ which is one of the biggest films the whole of Indian cinema is looking forward to. Then it’s Icon Star Allu Arjun’s ‘Pushpa’ and Superstar Mahesh Babu’s ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata.’
Star MAA has also acquired Nandamuri Balakrishna’s ‘Akhanda’ Nani’s ‘Tuck Jagadish’ Sekhar Kammula’s ‘Love Story’ featuring Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi, Akhil Akkineni’s ‘Most Eligible Bachelor and Mass Maharaj Ravi Teja’s ‘Khiladi.’
Youth Star Nithiin’s ‘Maestro’ is also in this list but this film will be getting an OTT release and then will stream on the Star MAA channel.
“#StarMaa promises to entertain like never before with an exciting lineup. Here is a sneak peak into what we have in store. After all, we have it all!,” tweeted Star MAA’s handle with a promo video.
That’s a lot from Star MAA and wonder how much the channel has shelled out to bag the rights of the above films. It seriously might be a hundred or above crore deal.
