Rana To Host Bigg Boss 5?

Reality show Bigg Boss Telugu has struck chords with the Telugu audiences. The past four seasons did manage to hook the audiences to the TV. Now, the makers are prepping up for the fifth season of the Bigg Boss Telugu. And here is the inside buzz.

Bigg Boss 5 is likely to have a major change. Nagarjuna Akkineni, who hosted the third and fourth seasons, may not continue as the host for the 5th season. Nag is said to have cited his busy schedule as the reason for opting out of the Bigg Boss 5. With this, the organisers of Bigg Boss are hunting for a known host.

It is buzzed that Rana Daggubati is the front runner to host the Bigg Boss 5. It is reported that the talks between Rana and the Bigg Boss team are going on. Rana is also keen on hosting the show. Rana has already hosted celebrity talk show No. 1 Yaari and also hosted events like IIFA and SIIMA in the past.

However, Bigg Boss is going to be the first time for Rana. While the first season of the Bigg Boss was hosted by Jr NTR, the second season was hosted by Nani. After Nag, Rana is expected to take up the mantle of the Bigg Boss. An official confirmation is awaited after Rana is signed on the dotted line.
