Mahi V Raghav impressed many with the project ‘Yatra’. Yatra is the biopic of former Andhrapradesh CM YS Rajasekhar Reddy. Already, the director confirmed that he is going to do a sequel for Yatra, based on YSR’s son YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s life. Now, the latest reports in the film nagar reveal to us that Pratik Gandhi of ‘Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story’ fame will essay YS Jagan’s role in the film.
According to the buzz, Mahi V Raghav already met Pratik Gandhi and narrated the script. Pratik reportedly fell for the gripping narration of Mahi V Raghav and responded positively to the project. Mahi feels that Pratik is a great resemblance to YS Jagan and the Gujarati actor will fit the bill perfectly. Since the film will be made with a pan-India approach, an actor like Pratik who is popular all over the nation will help the project gain attention.
The film’s pre-production works will begin very soon. A leading production house from Telugu will bankroll the project.
On the other hand, Pratik Gandhi is busy with a couple of interesting films in Bollywood. Mahi V Raghav’s next film is a satirical drama, starring Shraddha Srinath in the main lead.
