SS Rajamouli is one of the finest filmmakers in the country. Every actor wants to work with the director at some point in their career but there is a risk involved in the same. There is a weird much-talked-about sentiment in the film industry that whoever works with Rajamouli will score a blockbuster, followed by a flop. Now, the fans of Ram Charan and Jr NTR are worried about the result of RC15 and NTR30.
NTR worked with Rajamouli in three films. They are Student No.1, Simhadri, and Yama Donga.
After Student No.1 success, NTR tasted a flop with Subbu. After the success of Simhadri, Tarak witnessed a failure in the form of Andhrawala. Right after Yamadonga success, NTR tasted a disaster with Kantri.
Ram Charan worked with Rajamouli for his second film Magadheera that fared well at the box office. However, Charan scored a flop with Orange in his third film.
Even Nithiin scored a flop Allari Bullodu after Sye. Prabhas scored a flop with Pournami after Chatrapathi. The actor recently tasted a flop with Saaho, after the success of Baahubali. Ravi Teja too tasted a flop with Katarnak after the success of Vikramarkudu. Even Sunil witnessed a disaster with Katha Screenplay Darsakatwam Appalraju after the success of Maryada Ramanna.
NTR30 is helmed by Koratala Siva with whom Tarak already delivered a hit Janatha Garage. So far, Siva did not taste a flop in his career and the fans are hoping that Janatha Garage success will be recreated by this combination. After Bharat Ane Nenu, Siva is coming up with Acharya. The film’s result will also play a crucial role in the market for NTR30.
On the other hand, Shankar scored a hit almost a decade ago. All his recent films are big flops and he is not in great form. The director is making his debut in Telugu with Ram Charan’s film. We have to see if the combination can deliver success at the box office.
Whatever it may be, the success of a film depends on various reasons. Giving a credit to a single person when the film becomes a hit or blaming a single person when the film becomes a flop is unfair. At the end of the day, a team collaborates to entertain the audiences with good content. We hope that the makers of RC15 and NTR30 give their best at the box office.
