Video: Soaking Wet, Chiru Grieves For Mahesh’s Loss

Early in the wee hours of Wednesday (Sep 28th), former hero Superstar Krishna’s wife and Mahesh Babu’s mother Indira Devi passed away after a prolonged illness. Already Megastar Chiranjeevi gave his condolences through social media and wished strength for Mahesh and Krishna. And then, he grieved about the same from Godfather’s pre-release stage too.

While the pre-release event of Godfather is happening, there was a heavy downpour and one could see Chiranjeevi soaking wet along with other celebs on the stage, though folks are holding an umbrella. From that stage, Chiru said, “Today morning a tragedy struck the family of Superstar Krishna Garu’s family as his wife and Mahesh’s mother Indira Devi Garu passed away. From the stage of Godfather, I’m extending condolences to their family and hoping that her soul will rest in peace”, he said.

No doubt, Megastar Chiranjeevi would have personally met Mahesh Babu to offer condolences but it seems like his pre-planned promotional schedule of Godfather hasn’t allowed him to meet the bereaved family yet.
