Maharaja Trailer: Blend Of Action, Emotions

Vijay Sethupathi, who was last seen in the black comedy film Merry Christmas, is gearing up for the release of Maharaja. It is the actor’s 50th film and is all set to hit the big screens on June 14th. The makers today unveiled the release trailer of the movie.

Maharaja runs a saloon and he files a missing case in the police station. The police in their investigation find out that the matter is not as small as they thought. He continues to pressure the police department to intensify their search for Lakshmi, who remains mysterious even in the new trailer. Anurag Kashyap appeared in the role of a cold-blooded dacoit. What’s the connection between the two?

Nithilan Saminathan shows his brilliance in writing and direction. The trailer was thoroughly engaging from start to end. Vijay Sethupathy came up with an outstanding performance, while Anurag Kashyap is equally excellent.

Judging by the trailer, Maharaja is a blend of action and emotions. Dinesh Purushothaman’s camera work and B Ajaneesh Loknath’s background score are the other big assets.

Produced by Sudhan Sundaram and Jagadish Palanisamy, the movie was mounted on a big scale with a massive budget. NVR Cinema acquired the Telugu rights of the movie.
