Kangana Reacts After Pawan Picks Her Over Kareena, Priyanka in Viral Interview

Pawan Kalyan, who typically avoids film promotions, has taken a different approach for Hari Hara Veera Mallu, which released last week. As part of the promotions, he appeared in a rapid-fire interview with a Hindi media outlet, where he was asked to pick his preferred co-stars from Bollywood. His responses have now gone viral, especially his repeated mention of Kangana Ranaut over other top actresses.

When given a choice between Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone, Kriti Sanon and Kiara Advani, Pawan initially picked Kriti. But when the choice narrowed to Kriti vs Kangana, he instantly chose Kangana. Asked again to pick between Kangana, Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra, he said it depends on the film but added, “Looking at how she portrayed Indira Gandhi (in *Emergency*), I think I should go with the stronger person, Kangana Ranaut.”

Kangana, currently a BJP MP from Mandi, reshared the video on her Instagram Stories with folded hands and heart emojis, responding warmly to the compliment. The moment quickly gained traction on social media.

However, the only actress who stood above Kangana in Pawan’s rapid-fire list was the late Sridevi. When asked to choose between Sridevi and Kangana, Pawan smiled and said, “This one… Sridevi, of course.”

Now, with both Pawan and Kangana being part of the same political alliance, Jana Sena Party and BJP respectively and often speaking on similar ideological lines, a future collaboration between them doesn’t seem far-fetched. Both have publicly spoken about Hindu Dharma and share a like-minded worldview.

Currently, Pawan Kalyan is only committed to Ustaad Bhagat Singh, and Kangana is not part of that project. But the admiration shown in this interview has sparked talk among fans, who are now hoping to see them share the screen in a future film. Whether or not that happens, the mutual appreciation has already made headlines.
