Janhvi Kapoor’s most hyped project right now is Peddi, the big-budget Telugu action drama opposite Ram Charan, directed by Buchi Babu Sana with music by AR Rahman. The film was originally set to release in March 2026 but got pushed to April 30, and then again pushed to June. So while the fans wait, Janhvi made sure she wasn’t sitting quietly, showing up to a Swiss, Geneva event looking like she had just stepped off a classic Hollywood film set.
The outfit did all the heavy lifting. She wore a champagne-toned strapless gown by designer Sabina Bilenko, covered in intricate 3D floral embroidery in silver and deep blue tones, layered with a sheer organza coat that added dramatic movement through oversized sleeves.
Her glam team then pulled off a clever trick, creating a faux bob using a tuck-under technique, styled with a deep side part and soft S-waves that brought old-school 1930s Hollywood glamour to life. No hair was cut. Nobody could tell.
Janhvi was in Geneva as the newly appointed face of luxury watchmaker Baume & Mercier, and the whole look felt like a statement, polished, international and very grown-up. Peddi may still be months away, but Janhvi is clearly not waiting around for a big film to make herself relevant.
