The Cockroach Janta Party has stepped up its attack on the Rajasthan government following an alleged assault on its volunteers during a school inspection in Jaipur district.
The party has given the Rajasthan government a 48 hour deadline to arrest those allegedly involved in the incident. It has warned that failure to act could trigger a statewide agitation.
The CJP has also targeted Rajasthan Education Minister Madan Dilawar, demanding his resignation over the alleged attack on its volunteers.
The latest confrontation comes after CJP volunteers reportedly visited a school in Jaipur district for an inspection, following which an alleged attack took place.
The party has warned of an intensified protest if the government fails to meet its demands within the deadline, putting additional political pressure on the Rajasthan administration.
