Keerthy Keeps It Classy In Emerald Green

Keerthy’s web series Akka has started streaming on Netflix today. She plays Bhavani, a calm gangster matriarch, and the show marks her OTT debut.

In her interviews she has impressed everyone with how openly she spoke about the character, the matriarchal world of the series and the way she handles online trolls by letting her work do the talking. Keerthy explained that Akka means elder sister and that the name carries a lot of power in this world.

Keerthy styled an emerald green saree with a wide gold zari border. She paired it with a matching sleeveless blouse. A gold choker, a long pendant necklace and stacked gold bangles added the traditional touch. Her curly hair was left open, and a small bindi and gold juttis finished the look.
