Directed by Trivikram, Guntur Kaaram features Sree Leela as the female lead. Ramya Krishna, Prakash Raj, Rao Ramesh, Jayaram, Vennela Kishore, Jagapathi Babu, Eeshwari Rao, Ajay, Rao Ramesh and Meenakshi Choudhary played the other important roles in the film.
Thaman composed the music for it. China Babu produced the film under his banner Haarika And Hassine Creations.
