Telugu NRI Dies In Australia!

A young doctor from Ungutur in Krishna District tragically passed away after falling into a valley in Australia.

She had set her sights on pursuing post-graduation in her favorite field, aiming to reach the top position. However, fate took an unexpected turn.

While on a trekking trip for leisure with her friends, an incident occurred in Australia resulting in the accidental death of the Telugu doctor. Vemuru Ujwala (23), originally from Krishna district, had completed her MBBS in, Gold Coast, Australia.

Presently, she was employed at the Royal Brisbane Women’s Hospital. On the 2nd of this month, Ujwala slipped and fell into a valley during the trek, leading to her untimely demise.

Her tragic passing has plunged her parents and relatives into profound sorrow. Her parents, Vemuru Maithili and Venkateswara Rao, had been settled in Australia for several years. Family members have informed that her body will be brought to the residence of her grandparents for the funeral rites, scheduled for Saturday.
