Donald Trump at the age of 79 is currently serving as the President of the United States for the second time. But things are not looking very promising as he appears to be suffering from a few medical conditions, including one particular condition that swells up his hands and feet.
When asked to comment on Donald Trump’s current medical condition and the possibility of him taking over in case of a tragedy, Vice President JD Vance said the following.
The vice president said Donald Trump is in great health, and he is expected to serve the reminder of his tenure as the President of the United States. But in case a great tragedy happens, he(Vance) is ready to take over.
“God forbid anything happen, then I am ready to pick up the job of the President of the United States. I simply can’t pick a better man for the job after having served myself as vice president for the last 200 days and being in high-pressure situations.” Vance said.
The vice president gave the implication that President Trump is currently in full health, and there is nothing to be worried. But just in case something happens, his readiness to take up the presidency post is there to be seen here.
Meanwhile, there have been several reports about Trump’s condition after a recent image of him with a bruised hand went viral on social media. The White House played it down by saying it was a result of frequent handshakes. But amidst growing concerns about Trump’s condition, the readiness of VP Vance is to be made note of.
