Telugu Youth Dies In London Fire Accident

Twentyeight-year-od Gonthi Abhishek, belonging to Kondaiahpeta in Kakinada district, died in a fire accident in London. He was living in a two-storey property on Duppas Hill Terrace in Croydon which got engulfed in flames.

Two other persons were also living in the same building along with Abhishek. Of them, one has suffered life-threatening injuries and was rushed to hospital while the other escaped.

The UK Consulate informed his family about his death.

Abhishek went to London three years ago to pursue MBA. After completion of post graduation, he began working in the foreign country.

His family members said that he came home six months ago. His father works, Aaskara Rao, works as a CHO in Aagiripalli PHC. Abhishek’s parents sought repatriation of the body.
