Telugu Girl Killed In Road Accident in USA

The deaths of Non-resident Indians in abroad due to road mishaps and heart attacks continue unabated as frequent incidents being reported once in a while these days.

In another heart-wrenching news to the Telugu community, 23-year-old Indian student from Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, named Navya Nelakaduti passed away tragically after she met with a brutal road accident near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in USA on Thursday.

Navya recently went to USA to pursue her higher education and enrolled in an Internship programme. On April 9, destiny had other plans when the ill-fated car she was travelling crashed into an opposite vehicle and resulted in a major accident. Navya suffered grievous injuries and was admitted into hospital immediately.

Despite undergoing multiple surgeries, Navya succumbed to injuries and passed away on Friday night. The news has devastated her family back in India. Her father is a farmer and she moved to USA a few months ago after completing her graduation for Master’s degree. The unfortunate tragedy has ended her dreams.

Navya’s friends and fellow members of Indian community are making arrangements for repatriation of her mortal remains back to Guntur for final rites.

We express our deepest condolences to Navya’s family and loved ones. May they find strength and courage to endure this heartbreaking loss.
