It is an established fact that the large volume of the Indian community has been settling down in the United States for better opportunities. In this context that have also been recent occurrences, where several H1B and other visa frauds are being registered.
In particular, there is this one lady who claims to be socially responsible individual and she had been turning up at many Indian business locations, asking them questions that is beyond her jurisdiction.
This female who claims to be a journalist, usually turns up at residences and office spaces of Indians, saying they’re running illegal operations. She had been doing the same for the last couple of months, and she repeated this operation again yesterday.
In this new video, she approached an Indian individual’s house and started asking him questions about his place of work and method of operations. When the man reverted, by saying that he would file a lawsuit against her for creating a nuisance without any legal measures, she freaked out.
This has raised the serious questions about the private property sector in the United States, as this lady is randomly showing up at houses without legal permission.
Reacting on this matter, a US resident posted “Reminder to every business owner: you are under NO obligation to allow random activists, influencers, or self-appointed investigators onto private property or into your office without proper legal authority.”
And if false statements, selective editing, trespassing, harassment, or defamatory claims damage your business, there may absolutely be legal remedies available. America is a country of laws and due process, not trial-by-viral-video, it was added.
