Adding to the long list of recent tragedies in abroad that shook the Telugu community, another heartbreaking death has occurred in the form of an unfortunate accident.
According to reports, the tragic incident occurred on June 19, 2026, when the Indian origin toddler accidentally fell out of a moving vehicle. Emergency first responders arrived swiftly at the scene, but despite all medical efforts, the one year old little kid succumbed to his injuries. The victim is identified as Dhanvin Challa.
It has now been revealed that the kid belongs to Telugu origin parents. The devastating accident happened just before 9 p.m. on Friday near the intersection of South Mount Vernon Avenue and Centerpointe Drive.
The boy accidentally fell from the car when he was driving with his parents. Though the kid was immediately rushed to hospital, doctors couldn’t save him.
Amidst unimaginable heartbreak, the grieving family has appealed to the Indian community to support them overcome the sudden financial strain of unexpected funeral and memorial expenses. In an effort to give their loving baby a peaceful and dignified farewell, a GoFundMe campaign titled “Support for Our Family After Tragic Loss” has been established in San Bernardino, California.
