Shraddha Kapoor stepped out for the launch of the Eetha trailer, which released today. The film is a biopic on Lavani legend Vithabai Narayangaonkar, and she chose a look straight from its world.
She wore a purple nauvari Paithani saree with gold buta work and a wide pink and gold border. The magenta brocade blouse had puffed sleeves and green trims. She added green glass bangles, a nath, jhumkas and a green beaded necklace. Fresh flowers sat in her hair, and embellished gold slingback heels finished the look.
The trailer opens with Vithabai ruling the stage in a Lavani act, with quick dance cuts set to an Ajay-Atul score. It shows her struggles and ends with her calling the nauvari saree a symbol of pride for Maharashtrian women.
