Rakul Preet Singh recently shared a couple of photos from her aerial yoga session, where she’s seen hanging upside down in a calm, focused state.
Dressed in printed tights and a black tank top, she looked strong and in control, no filters, no fluff. She wrote about what self-care means to her, in addition to the pictures. It has nothing to do with elaborate rituals or idyllic scenes. Whether it is a good one or not, it is the discipline of being there every day for her.
Next, she is filming for De De Pyaar De 2 starring Ajay Devgan and Madhavan, releasing this year.
