AP CM YS Jagan’s bail and fate will be decided on August 25th by the CBI Special Court. Going into details, the cancellation of bail petition filed by Narsapuram MP Raghu Ramakrishna Raju has completed all the arguments.
Before pronouncing the date for its verdict some interesting developments took place. As the case came for hearing on Friday, the CBI has asked the court that it needs more time in filing its arguments in written format. However, advocate of MP RRR was against this and added that the petition is being deliberately delayed.
Having taken the arguments of the MP’s advocate into consideration, the CBI court has granted additional time but for only today. A few minutes later the CBI informed the court that it has nothing to contend in the bail petition and is giving it up.
With CBI clearly stating that there is nothing to oppose or resist the bail petition, the CBI Court opined that the arguments have completed and the final verdict is due.
So what happens on August 25th? Will Jagan’s bail get cancelled or will he get relief from the court? For sure YCP camp will be in huge tension. Some massive political developments might take place in AP in August.
