Revanth Reddy Bought PCC Post For Rs 50 Cr: Malla Reddy

Rivalry between TPCC chief Revanth Reddy and minister Malla Reddy fails to die down. After challenging Revanth Reddy to tender resignation to his PCC post and seek fresh mandate, slapping his thigh and shoulder, minister Malla Reddy made some shocking comment against Revanth.

The minister alleged that Revanth Reddy bought the PCC chief post shelling out a whopping Rs 50 crore.

Chamakura Malla Reddy made it clear yet again that the TRS cadre would not keep quiet if Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao and his son KTR were criticised. He slammed the Congress party for failing to provide at least basic amenities to the people during its rule. KCR is implementing welfare schemes like no other state government in the country and the Congress leaders do not have any right to raise their voice against the CM, Malla Reddy said.

A few days ago, countering allegations levelled by Revanth Reddy that Malla Reddy and his kin were involved in numerous land encroachment cases in the twin cities, Malla Reddy called the former “saale, kutthe and battebaaz”.

Revanth Reddy termed Malla Reddy a joker and broker. “If Mallanna gets on to the stage he becomes a joker and after coming down, he becomes a real estate broker.”

Revanth also said that Malla Reddy sold milk, water and flowers in the past. He alleged that CMR Hospital was built on encroached land and registered in the name of his daughter-in-law after hoodwinking the authorities by getting it registered in the name of a farmer previously.

Enraged over the scathing remarks against him, Malla Reddy challenged Revanth to quit his post. If the PCC chief would win the bypoll, he had said that he would quit public life for good.
