No Early Polls In Telangana, KCR Tells TRS Cadre!

Last general election in Telangana was early – much before the end of the actual term. CM KCR had decided to go for early polls last time in order to corner the Opposition parties and give them little time to prepare.

Many analysts and own-party leaders had warned KCR of taking serious risk. Many CMs who had gone for early polls have lost the polls. But CM KCR proved everyone wrong and won with a thumping majority. He became CM for the second term and formed the government in the state.

Meanwhile, KCR had called for a joint meeting for TRS Legislature Party and TRS Parliamentary party at TRS Bhavan the other day. During this meet, KCR stressed the need for strengthening the party from the grassroot level.

KCR is going to convene a large public meeting at Huzurabad on October 25th ahead of the by-election on 30th October. As the Huzurabad by-election turned out to be crucial for KCR and his government, all eyes are on KCR’s public meeting. CM KCR exuded confidence at the TRS party meeting that the party would win with a good majority.

During this meet, KCR made interesting comments. He stated that there is a lot of work left for the government to complete in the next 2.5 years. He said that there is no question of going for early polls this time. He also asked the party leaders and cadre to work hard and strengthen the party in all villages and mandals.
