Now RRR approaches AP High Court

Rebel YSRCP MP Raghu Ramakrishna Raju has approached the AP High Court. On Friday the Narsapuram MP filed a petition in the High Court and requested the court to stop the actions of YSRCP from suspending him from the party and also on the disqualification that the party is planning to file with Lok Sabha Speaker.

The MP also took the issue of show-cause notice to the AP High Court’s attention. He added that he received notices on YSRCP letter-head while he contested on the B-form of Yuvajana Sraamika Rythu Congress party. The MP also informed the court that he did not do any sort of anti-party activities and so the court should stall the process of ousting him from the party.

In reply the High Court stated that it is hearing only emergency cases currently and postponed the hearing of Raghu Ramakrishna Raju’s petition to July 6th.

That’s three days gap and anything might in the next 72 hours as YSRCP is hell bent to take action against the Narsapuram MP.
