Jagan Anna’s Fish Andhra: Fresh Fish On Wheels

AP CM YS Jagan mohan Reddy had earlier announced that retail fish outlets would be set up across the state out of care for public health and to boost the immune system of people. Mobile vans which sell fish, prawns and crabs have been set up. The move is to bring certified aqua products to public at affordable price. The government wants to increase the consumption of protein-rich aqua products.

The fish and prawns that sell in Fish Andhra are processed by special machinery of aqua hub. Earlier in December 2021, CM Jagan had inaugurated aqua hub in his constituency Pulivendula during which he stated that retail fish outlets are set up across the state for the benefit of people.

Meanwhile, the Fish Andhra mobile vans are painted in YSRCP signature colour blue and the branding of CM Jagan is widely used on them. This is likely to trigger a political controversy from the opposition parties.
