#ChaloVijayawada: Jagan Faces The Heat Of Employees

The massive protest, ‘Chalo Vijayawada’ called by the AP government employees against the PRC announced was a huge success. Thousands of employees reached Vijayawada and staged a huge rally demanding the state government to roll back the PRC announcement.

Visuals of the employees’ rally are clear and loud enough for the state government to rethink its decision on the PRC. ‘We want Justice’ shouted the employees in their rally. This successful protest is a setback for the YCP government.

Earlier, the police imposed many restrictions in and around Vijayawada. The police established their pickets at every entry point of the city and thoroughly checked everyone who was arriving. 25,000 CCTV cameras were established at all corners of the city and the police checked every identity regard of travellers.

Sensing the police security, the employees changed their attire to dupe them and a majority of the employees were successful enough. A few employees were dressed up as farmers while a few reached Vijayawada in the name of attending a wedding related to their family members. Around 3000 employees arrived in Vijayawada from Srikakulam district and that’s quite astounding.

Despite all the security measures, the police failed in controlling the government employees and finally the employees hosted their protest and showed their unity.
