With victory in Punjab Assembly elections, Aam Aadmi Party is looking to expand its wings especially AAP wants to lay special focus on the southern states. AAP is optimistic about Telangana and after the Punjab polls, T-AAP leaders are confident of making a mark in the state.
In a new development we hear AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal is likely to take part in a Paadayatra (walkathon). On the occasion of Bharat Ratna BR Ambedkar’s birth anniversary, T-AAP is planning to host a Paadayatra across all 119 Assembly constituencies in Telangana and for the same, the state wing is likely to rope in Arvind Kejriwal.
This will be a surprise and shock for the ruling TRS party. Apparently as part of the Federal Front, KCR was supposed to meet Kejriwal in Delhi but the latter was occupied with Punjab polls and the meeting did not happen. In this gap, AAP changed its mind to join hands with TRS and is working on it.
T-AAP believes that youngsters and retired bureaucrats would be supporting the party and with this Paadayatra, the party is weighing whether it would get further strengthened. Recently Somnath Bharti has been appointed as the in-charge of T-AAP and very soon he will be visiting the state.
Is this an indication that the Aam Aadmi Party is not on the side of TRS? Well no guesses here!
