Hero and Hindupuram MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna’s personal assistant (PA) Balaji has been arrested by the Karnataka Task Force police. Going into details, the task force police held raids at poker bases in Nagaragere which is the border of AP-Karnataka and arrested 19 men including NBK’s PA, Balaji.
Shockingly Hindupuram mandal YCP convenor Sriram Reddy was also among the arrested and there were many government teachers too. This arrest of NBK’s PA, Balaji and YCP leader Sriram Reddy is now a hot topic in Hindupuram constituency.
The local TDP leaders and cadre are fuming at Balaji for being part of this illegal activity and that too with YCP leader. They are demanding a severe action from MLA Balakrishna. This is not the first time that NBK faced such an embarrassment because of his personal assistants. Earlier private PA Shekar’s was the centre of controversies and there were many allegations against him. NBK took action and removed him.
But in the case of Balaji, he has been with NBK from the day the hero was elected as an MLA. He looked after all Balayya’s appointments and schedules when the MLA was in the constituency. Ironically he was arrested by the task force police and is behind the bars now.
