Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be arriving in Hyderabad this afternoon. From Delhi, PM Modi will take a special flight of the Indian Air Force and at around 1:25 PM he will be landing in Begumpet airport. From the old airport, Modi will be taking a road way to reach the Indian School of Business in Gachibowli.
Yet again Telangana CM KCR is unavailable to receive PM Modi and in his place, minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav will do the formalities. But TRS has decided to show their protest against PM Modi and arranged big banners at 17 junctions.
The TRS has knowledge of PM Modi’s route and so arranged these big banners at these junctions and Modi will be passing through them. These banners have the injustice being done to Telangana by the Modi led BJP government in Delhi.
Some of the banners question PM Modi on the promises made to Telangana and till date they are not met yet. This was a well planned strategy by TRS and they ensured Modi would get to see at least one banner and thereby want to prove that TRS still has a strong hold in Telangana.
Nevertheless, the Cyberabad police have made tight security arrangements for PM Modi’s visit. The ISB campus is completely under police scrutiny and no authorised person is being allowed. In fact the police have laid an eagle eye on ISB students as well and a few students are reportedly blocked from the convocation.
