Where Is Modi’s Photo? Bharati Fires On AP Govt

Union Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare Dr Bharati Pravin Pawar was angered with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s photo went missing from AarogyaSri cards and banners. The union minister is on a two days visit to AP and she reached the government hospital in Vijayawada for inspection.

Minister Bharati checked the AarogyaSri cards being used by patients and she noticed that PM Modi’s photo was not printed. Questioning the officials, the union minister said that funds for AarogyaSri are being provided under Ayushman Bharat.

The pictures of late YSR and AP CM YS Jagan on AarogyaSri cards irked the Union Minister further. At the help desk of AarogyaSri, the banner had no photo of PM Modi and she asked the officials why the photo of Modi was not printed on the banner? Minister Bharati also conveyed her disappointment to the AP government on this episode. Later minister Bharati inspected the blood bank and Tele-medicine hub at the hospital.

The fact has to be accepted that the government of India provides funds but the efficiency of the schemes to beneficiaries has to be top priority over a picture. If the scheme or policies benefit the people, they will remember the person for a long time.

And the less we talk about PM Modi’s thrust for publicity, the better it is.
