TRS MLA Counters TS Guv’s Remarks; Deletes Tweet

The other day Telangana Governor Tamilisai Sounderarajan made critical comments on TRS government in handling the Covid-19 situation in the state. The Governor stated that the state government was least bothered about the letters she wrote in which she made some suggestions that can control the spread of virus especially in the city, Hyderabad.

Though the TRS government was silent on Governor Tamilisai’s comments, a ruling party MLA gave counter but then he deleted the tweet within minutes after posting it. The MLA is Saidi Reddy Shanampudi and he wrote that the Governor is acting like BJP President.

“Sorry to hear that the Governor of Telangana is acting like BJP President. Our beloved CM is a role model for most of the states and our schemes are praised by Central ministers. Compared to other states, we are conducting Covid-19 tests at village level,” wrote Saidi Reddy.

In the same tweet, the Huzurnagar MLA tagged KTR and TRS party Twitter handles. Probably KTR might have instructed to remove this tweet on the Governor and within minutes after posting it Saidi Reddy deleted it.

But what is the real reaction of the TRS government to the Governor’s comments? Will it respond? Let’s see.
