Notices Issued To Chandrababu & Varla

TDP president and former Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and party senior leader Varla Ramaiah were served notices in connection with one Om Prakash, who died in suspicious circumstances at Kanduru Bandkadapalli Dalit wada in Somala mandal, Punganur constituency. The duo were asked to reply to the notices within the next week.

The notices were issues under Section 91 of CrPC. The police said that the TDP leaders should submit evidences in connection with their allegations of YCP leaders involvement in the death of Om Prakash. The TDP cadre alleged that ministers and local YCP leaders were involved in the crime.

The YCP government is determined to obliterate the TDP and is leaving no stone unturned in achieving this goal. Earlier, TDP leaders including K. Atchannaidu, J.C. Prabhakar Reddy and his son Asmith Reddy were arrested and even sent to jail on remand. The YCP put many TDP leaders to trouble by filing cases against their businesses and forcibly pulled them into their party’s fold.
