Yet again Telangana Governor Tamilisai was snubbed by the Telangana government during the Republic Day celebrations and this irked Governor Tamilisai. This time, the Governor has gone a step beyond and appeared on national media, obviously to target CM KCR.
Speaking Governor Tamilisai said that she is being mistreated for the last three years. “The Telangana government is deliberately citing Covid-19 restrictions and is not following protocol to give the due respect to the Governor. This government had no problem hosting a public gathering with 5 Lakh people but had problem with Republic Day celebrations,” said Tamilisai.
BRS leader Ravula Sridhar Reddy who appeared in this debate, countered Governor Tamilisai for holding seven bills sent by the Telangana Assembly for the last five months. Tamilisai reverse attacked the BRS leader saying “We can talk about bills later, first talk about protocol.”
A clipping of Governor Tamilisai’s comments surfaced on social media and the BRS leaders and its IT Cell are trolling her and calling her an agent of the BJP.
With the Republic Day issue, Governor Tamilisai seems to have lost her cool but then BRS leaders are not calming down against the Governor. This tussle may go out of hands in the coming days.
