The Central Bureau of Investigation, which is investigating the brutal murder of YS Viveka case, once again issued notices to Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy to attend the hearing today at CBI office in Hyderabad on Tuesday.
Responding to the CBI’s summons, MP Avinash Reddy has written a letter to the investigating agency in which he stated that he could not attend the investigation in such a short notice. Avinash said that he was called for the hearing in a very short time and he couldn’t attend today due to urgent works and previously scheduled works. He asked the CBI to give him a deadline of four days to appear for the inquiry.
The CBI is yet to respond to Avinash Reddy’s appeal and extension of the deadline. Meanwhile, speculation are rife that the CBI may arrest Avinash Reddy anytime. More details are awaited.
