CM Breaks Down While He Remembers Jailed Colleague

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal became emotional as he remembers former education minister Manish Sisodia for his remarkable contributions to the field of education. During the inauguration of a new branch of B R Ambedkar School of Specialised Excellence in Bawana, Kejriwal expressed deep appreciation for Sisodia’s work in transforming Delhi’s education system.

He mentioned that false charges were framed against Sisodia, leading to his unjust imprisonment, but expressed confidence that Sisodia would be granted bail soon. Kejriwal also criticized the BJP for attempting to hinder the progress of Delhi’s education system and emphasized that government schools in Delhi are widely recognized as among the best.

In addition, Kejriwal addressed the rising crime situation in Delhi and took a swipe at Lt Governor VK Saxena, urging him to focus on fulfilling his constitutional duties rather than engaging in politics. Kejriwal highlighted the increasing fearlessness of criminals and the erosion of public trust in the police, calling for tangible action and safety measures to be prioritized.
