Besides NavaRatnalu, the YCP government is hosting a bunch of welfare schemes for the public. Out of nowhere, AP CM YS Jagan Reddy is going to bring a new scheme and it’s called ‘Jagan Anna Suraksha.’
This scheme will be launched on 23rd of this month but the surprising thing here is even the AP cabinet ministers have no clue about this scheme and it is being buzzed that CM Jagan initiated it without consent from anyone. But what is Jagan Anna Suraksha all about?
The YCP government is implementing many schemes in the state. ‘Jagan Anna Suraksha’ is a program to provide the necessary documents related to the services and cross check if any beneficiary is missing out on any scheme or service being offered by the YCP government. Although the name is different, the main purpose of this scheme is this.
Through this scheme, the volunteers and secretariat volunteers will be sent directly to the people to find out the problems and difficulties and if there are any problems related to the approval of schemes or documents and a solution might be immediately proposed.
From 24th of this month, volunteers, and public representatives will go to every house and explain the need for the Jagan Anna Suraksha program. In case of problems related to the schemes and services, the volunteers will gather all the information related to grant of necessary income, caste, birth, death certificates, marriage certificate, mutations, family member certificate, mobile number updation in Aadhaar, crop cultivator rights cards etc. related to the services.
If any individual has problems related to schemes and services, necessary applications will be taken and submitted in the secretariat. ‘Jagan Anna Suraksha’ program is organized under each Secretariat. This program will be held for three days in a week at the rate of three secretariats. The authorities have made arrangements to organize this camp in all the secretariats of the municipality and mandals.
Those found eligible through Jagan Anna Suraksha will be benefited from August 1st. However, the opposition leaders say that the purpose of this scheme is to reach the people in some way before the elections.
