Anju Yadav Issue Takes Casteist Turn

Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan’s warning to Srikalahasti CI Anju Yadav has taken a casteist turn. The CI reportedly slapped a Jana Sena activist, when the party cadre was staging a protest against the YCP leaders for their derogatory remarks against their party boss Pawan Kalyan.

The actor-turned-politician became furious over the issue and said that he would lodge a complaint against her once he reaches Tiurpati. Pawan is scheduled to campaign in Tirupati district on Monday.

Ahead of Pawan’s visit to Tirupati, BC leaders blamed Pawan of targeting Anju Yadav as she belonged to the Backward Castes. Terming Pawan anti-BC, they said that the Jana Senani made unfair comments against the woman CI.

“Many times, you said that your father is a constable, which means your roots are in the police department. Can’t you give respect to Anju Yadav as she also belongs to the same department,” they asked.

What happened to your rebellious attitude when Chintamaneni prabhakar attacked MRO Vanajakshi during the TDP regime, they questioned. “Just because Anju Yadav belongs to the BC community, you think that she can’t do anything?”

“Do you think BCs are not fit to work in responsible and higher positions? Should we keep saluting to the higher officials? You want to suppress BCs?”

It has to be seen how the Jana Senani would react to the new twist in the tale.
