YSRCP emerged victorious in the Panchayat polls. Out of 66 Panchayts, YSRCP-supporters won 53 Sarpanchs. In Kuppam, of the 6 wards, ruling YSRCP won the 5 wards. This is certainly a rude shock to the opposition leader and TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu. After this rout of TDP in Kuppam, YSRCP is on cloud nine. It doesn’t stay calm. In fact, it rubs salt on the wound of the TDP.
YSRCP official Twitter handle takes dig at TDP’s defeat in Kuppam. It asked the TDP to look for a better constituency for its leader to contest in the next general election. The YCP social media team also declared that it is on track to hit its target of winning all the 175 seats. The reports state that the ward in which Chandrababu’s house resided in Kuppam also won by YSRCP-supporter. Only one TDP supporter won among the total 6 wards.
“Hey @ncbn, #WhyNotKuppam is a reality. The people of Kuppam have taken it seriously, including the ward where you built your house. On track to hit our target of 175/175. @JaiTDP Find a better constituency for your leader in upcoming elections,” wrote YSRCP official Twitter account. This is a direct attack on Chandrababu Naidu and the TDP.
Overall, YSRCP and TDP’s war of words is all set to begin with these posts. TDP is yet to respond to YCP’s tweets. These provoking and pinching tweets are surely going to get a sharp counter.
