Hot Topic: Will CM Jagan Give A Declaration?

The Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanams (TTD) declaration row is turning into a storm with oppositions protests. AP CM YS Jagan will be landing in Tirumala in the evening hours and at around 6:15 PM, he will be offering traditional clothes to lord Venkateswara along with his wife.

However, the oppositions, TDP and BJP are demanding that CM Jagan should declare his religion before offering the clothes and going for the darshan. As the oppositions are protesting, the police had house arrested many leaders and detained activists of both the parties in Tirupati.

Learning about the protests, the officials made changes in Jagan’s arrival. Initially he was supposed to reach Tirumala by 4 PM but it was pushed to 5:30 PM. In this gap, the police want to deploy more security forces to make sure Jagan’s trip goes smoothly.

Meanwhile the Bajrang Dal staged a protest at Jagan’s Lotus Pond residence in Hyderabad. The Bajrang Dal activists demanded that Jagan should make the declaration before Tirumala darshan, if not they warned to intensify their protest.

But will Jagan really follow the old norms of TTD is a big question!
