Does Jagan Have Guts To Talk About Modi’s Age?: Chandrababu

Can Jagan Dare To Talk About Modi’s Age?: Chandrababu | Why Didn’t Jagan Dissolve the Govt In AP To Go For Early Polls?TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu challenged AP CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy whether the latter has the guts to talk about PM Modi’s age. “Jagan is frequently talking about my age. PM Narendra Modi, Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik and Bihar CM Nitish Kumar too have similar age of mine. The age which isn’t a hurdle to them, how does it become to me? Along with the age, I’ve vast experience. Based on this, I’ve given several policies for the country,” said Chandrababu who addressed national media in Delhi. Naidu was in Delhi to attend the launch of Rs 100 coin marking NTR centennial anniversary.

On Differences With NDA

“I have no serious differences with NDA. The only reason for walking out of the NDA was the Special Category Status of Andhra Pradesh and the other interests of the state,” said Chandrababu. Responding to YCP’s comments that BJP isn’t interested to forge an alliance with the TDP, Naidu countered, “Does YSRCP know what is going on between TDP and BJP? Does they know our internal discussion?”

Alliances, Time Will Decide

Talking about the alliances, Naidu shared, “Alliances will be decided with time. If I say no alliances now and if we go for alliance for the interest of the state, it won’t be appropriate. So I can’t comment on them right now. We will decide on this when the right time comes. Alliances are not new for the TDP. In the past, we had played crucial roles in the National Front, United Front and NDA.”

Naidu said TDP will contest alone in Telangana. “We have formed a committee to select the candidates. Based on the recommendation of this committee, we will take a call. In Telangana, it is already late to forge an alliance with the BJP.”

On Early Elections in AP

“To go for the early polls along with the Telangana state, AP CM Jagan should have dissolved the government by now. Still we are going to announce all our candidates way in advance,” assured Chandrababu Naidu.
