In response to Chandrababu’s arrest and to express their dissatisfaction, Telugu Desam Party (TTDP) members held a protest in front of the Telangana Assembly on Saturday. They rallied against the arrest made in connection with alleged irregularities and urged the Andhra Pradesh government to withdraw its support for these actions.
TTDP leaders criticized the Andhra Pradesh government for allegedly using Chandrababu’s arrest to divert attention from their own failures. They accused the AP government of trying to suppress Chandrababu’s political influence through unwarranted arrests.
Despite the chaos and traffic disruptions caused by the protest, TTDP leaders along with few female leaders, stood firm in expressing their solidarity with Chandrababu.
