Nara Lokesh has strongly responded to the ‘corruption’ allegations against his father and former CM Chandrababu Naidu. Addressing the media, Lokesh said, “Corruption is not in our blood. He only thinks of people, state and country’s progress. His thoughts are around bringing investments, industries and employment. Chandrababu Naidu garu is a brand. Bill Gates, Clinton and the CEOs of Fortune 500 companies too say the same. No one believes those corruption allegations against Chandrababu.” Lokesh accused the YSRCP government of indicting Chandrababu with false charges of corruption in a skill development scam case.
When asked if he was feeling isolated due to Chandrababu’s arrest, Nara Lokesh’s immediate answer referred to Pawan Kalyan and his support. Lokesh said, ‘Nenu annaga bhaavinche Pawan Kalyan garu naaku andaga nilabaddaru (my brotherlike Pawan Kalyan stood by me to support in this incident)’.

“A snake has poison only in its head. CM Jagan is full of poison. He is trying his best to paint corruption charges against Chandrababu. People across the state have voluntarily come forward and participated in the Bandh. I’d like to thank each one of the people of the state. Psycho Jagan has committed the biggest mistake of his life by touching Chandrababu. Jagan is going to pay a huge price for this both politically and personally,” said Nara Lokesh.
In a direct question to CM Jagan, Lokesh asked, “What is your history, CM Jagan? How many cases are pending against you? Can you come out and publicly disclose all those cases against you?Jagan has total 38 cases – of which 10 CBI cases, 7 ED cases and 21 other cases. Cases against Jagan are not even coming to trial. This is how Jagan is managing the institutions. Babayi murder accused are being protected by ‘Psycho’ Jagan. By using police force against the CBI, Jagan has protected Avinash’s arrest.”
Lokesh said Jagan doesn’t know any administration. “All Jagan knows is to use power to take vengeance. He knows false cases, harassment and violence.” “YS Viveka murder, Pink Diamond and Kodi Kathi cases are full of lies. Same amount of lies are in corruption charges against Chandrababu garu. They could not prove that money was transferred to the accounts of Chandrababu garu and his associates.”
Come Arrest Me, If You Want To
Lokesh said he would stay in Rajahmundry. He dared the ruling government to arrest him if they want to. “I’m in Rajahmundry only. I’ve not hidden anywhere. If you want to arrest and jail me, I’m ready to go to jail for any number of days. We’re not afraid. We’ll fight against the wrongdoings of this government. We’ll fight against any number of conspiracies.”
Lokesh challenged the YSRCP leaders to prove they have any additional money and assets other than what they have declared publicly. He said the TDP is not new to the crises. “TDP had faced the likes of Indira Gandhi, YS Rajasekhar Reddy. Jagan Reddy is not bigger than these.”
