‘Can’t Trust Chandrababu, Jagan Doing Good’ – Owaisi

TDP chief Chandrababu’s arrest is a hot topic in Telugu states. AIMIM’s Asaduddin Owaisi is the latest to comment on Babu’s arrest. Addressing the gathering of MIM leaders of the Telugu states at the party’s internal meeting in Hyderabad, Owaisi said Chandrababu is happy in jail. He said everyone is aware why Chandrababu went to the hail. He said TDP and Chandrababu can’t be trusted. Meanwhile, he heaped praises on CM Jagan and his YSRCP government.

Owaisi said there are only two political parties in AP currently. He said there is scope for MIM to grow in AP and asked the leaders of MIM in AP to focus on strengthening the party. Owaisi also said the party is considering contesting in the AP too. He asked the party workers to be prepared for the elections. He asked them to influence people to not believe in Chandrababu.

It can be noted that MIM had earlier contested the Assembly elections in Maharashtra, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Karnataka states. MIM is keen on expanding its base and contesting new Assembly seats. As part of this, MIM is also planning to contest in AP. But his comments against Chandrababu and the pro-ruling party are raising eyebrows.
